What changes the prices?
Cleanliness and size of the property will change the overall price. For a three bed deep clean you would be looking at 2 people for 6 hours. However, depending on cleanliness this could be 3 people for 6 hours, increasing the price. Which is why it’s best to get a quote in person as soon as you can.

What do our prices cover?
All of our prices are set prices to add to the ease of choosing services. Each price refer to the cleaning of the whole property. This allows for us to clean the whole home properly.
What is included in a regular clean?
During a regular clean we will; vacuum all carpets and floors, clean all work surfaces and tables, dusting included, clean interior windows and a general tidy up of your living area. Just a small clean saves you time and improves your quality of living.
What is included in a Deep clean?
A deep clean includes all of the regular cleaning services as well as carpet cleaning for every room. Our deep cleaning service tackles the dirt and grime you don’t see day-to-day. We clean behind and under appliances, inside cupboards, skirting boards, tile grout, and more — leaving your home spotless from top to bottom.
How long does a deep clean take?
We pride ourselves in offering a premium cleaning service, so our cleans are going to be longer than average; however, significantly more thorough. A bed deep clean can take 3-5 hours for 2 cleaners.

End of Tenancy
How long does an end of tenancy clean take?
Typically a 2-Bed house takes 4-6 hours. It depends whether extras are added on. Such as carpet cleaning or oven cleaning.
What is included in an end of tenancy clean?
Our End of Tenancy Clean includes a full top-to-bottom deep clean of the entire property. We clean all rooms thoroughly — including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. This includes wiping all surfaces, inside cupboards and drawers, skirting boards, doors, internal windows, and flooring. Kitchen appliances such as, hob, toasters and kettles will be cleaned. Fridge and freezer interiors will be included in this package. Bathrooms are fully descaled and sanitised. Optional add-ons like carpet and upholstery cleaning are available to meet agency standards.
How long does an oven clean take?
On average a single oven clean will take an hour. This then increase depending on the size of the oven. Larger ovens can take up to 4 hours.
Does an oven clean include, grills, hobs and dials?
An oven clean is an all inclusive clean of the entire oven appliance. Including grills, hobs and dials. Ovens separate to hobs will be included in the price.
